For most of my life, my weight was never an issue.

For most of my life, my weight was never an issue. I was often called ‘tall and lean’ or (I hate this one), ‘the skinny girl’. I never had to work too hard on my weight, plus I grew up with a mom who didn’t buy into the junk food trends, (thank God), and as a 20 something adult, I learned to value clean and healthy eating.

By the time I turned 44 or so, I noticed my slim frame started to change. My normal exercise routine no longer carried the same influence on my body and my shape changed drastically over a period of 5 years.

I share this because I always identified as someone who was very committed to my health routines. I ate well and exercised. So what was causing my body to change so much?

I’m sure one could argue that hormones had something to do with it.

And stress.

As you know, I’ve had a major life change lately. And it isn’t like my ex and I decided to split out of nowhere.

So I decided to run some functional medicine tests and I discovered that my gut flora was out of whack.

Despite the healthy lifestyle and all the Orangetheory workouts I was doing.

Not to be gruesome or insensitive, but have you heard of people transitioning from earth, who were otherwise very healthy individuals?

Here’s the thing: you can have all the healthy habits in the world, but if you don’t deal with your inside world, you will not have the health you want.

Our bodies will always be a reflection of our internal world.

As I navigate all of my changes and regain my health, I am grateful for the lessons that my body is teaching me.

Single sessions are still available to work with me one to one. You can also apply for my 4 month mentorship by going to my bio link or at www.Angelanoelleinternational.com/links.

Be radiant, Goddesses!!
